To start Digital Certificate Manager administration server, run following command from green screen terminal:
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(*ADMIN)
Wait a couple of minutes for server startup. By default, DCM admin server will be available at
<IBMI>:2010/QIBM/ICSS/Cert/Admin/qycucm1.ndm/main0 ,where <IBMI> is your IBM i system name or IP address
